The role requires formal training in music, strong theoretical grounding, and a proven track record of curriculum development. </p> <p> Must-Haves (Requirements) Formal training in music from a recognised institution Solid grounding in music theory and ability to structure it into lesson plans. Demonstrated experience in music curriculum development , ideally for children/young learners. Currently active in the field of music education/curriculum design (not disengaged). Reliability and ability to deliver independently and consistently. Prior work with edtech companies or K–12 schools . Familiarity with blended learning approaches (online + offline). Experience creating interactive, age-appropriate lessons . Comfort with digital tools for content creation/delivery. </p><p> Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive music curriculum modules (theory + practical). Translate music theory into structured lesson plans for young learners. Ensure content quality, accuracy, and adherence to global benchmarks and standards. Support teacher enablement through domain trainings. Deliver consistently on timelines and commitments. </p><p> Compensation Open to revising salary upwards to attract the right talent.
