Project Manager

<p>The ideal candidate will have <b>production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans </b>. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Required Skill set </b> </p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with .NET </li><li>(Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs. </li><li>Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript. </li><li>Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). </li><li>Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab. </li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps is a plus. </li><li>Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Job Responsibility </b> </p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support. </li><li>Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. </li><li>Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines. </li><li>Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc. </li><li>Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. </li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively. </li><li>Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients. </li><li>Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. </li><li>Ensure code quality, performance optimization,and best engineering practices across teams. </li> </ul>
