<p><b>Epic Willow Inpatient &amp; Ambulatory Analyst </b><br /> </p><p><b>Location: </b> Kondapur, Hyderabad <br /> </p><p> <b>Work Mode: </b> Work from Office (5 Days a Week) – No Work From Home / No Hybrid <br /> </p><p> <b>Shift Timings: </b> 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time) <br /> </p><p><b>Job Summary </b><br /> </p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Epic Willow Inpatient &amp; Ambulatory Analyst </b> to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory modules. The role involves working closely with pharmacy, clinical, and technical teams to enhance medication management workflows and ensure the successful delivery of Epic solutions.<br /> </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b><br /> </p><ul><li>Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory applications.<br /> </li><li>Collaborate with pharmacy staff, clinicians, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.<br /> </li><li>Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Willow enhancements and system changes.<br /> </li><li>Support medication ordering, verification, dispensing, medication administration, and pharmacy workflows.<br /> </li><li>Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.<br /> </li><li>Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.<br /> </li><li>Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).<br /> </li><li>Develop and maintain system documentation, build specifications, workflow diagrams, and support documentation.<br /> </li><li>Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with clinical and pharmacy modules.<br /> </li><li>Ensure all configurations comply with Epic best practices, healthcare regulations, and organizational governance standards <br /> </li> </ul><p><br /> </p> <br /><h3>Requirements </h3><p></p><ul><li><b>3+ years of hands-on experience </b> with <b>Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory </b> modules.<br /> </li><li><b>Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification is mandatory. </b><br /> </li><li>Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.<br /> </li><li>Strong understanding of inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy workflows, medication management, and clinical pharmacy operations.<br /> </li><li>Experience supporting integrated Epic clinical applications.<br /> </li><li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<br /> </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br /> </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.<br /> </li> </ul><p><b>Mandatory Requirements </b><br /> </p><ul><li><b>Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification (Mandatory) </b><br /> </li><li>Minimum <b>3 years of relevant Epic Willow experience </b><br /> </li><li>Excellent communication skills.<br /> </li><li>Willing to work <b>5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Time Shift) </b>.<br /> </li><li>Must work from the <b>Kondapur, Hyderabad office (5 days per week) </b>.<br /> </li><li><b>Strictly Work from Office – No Work From Home or Hybrid. </b><br /> </li><li>Candidates who can <b>join immediately </b> or are currently serving a <b>15–20 day notice period </b> will be given preference.<br /> </li> </ul><p><b>Preferred Skills </b><br /> </p><ul><li>Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.<br /> </li><li>Strong understanding of pharmacy information systems, medication safety, formulary management, and clinical decision support.<br /> </li><li>Knowledge of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.<br /> </li><li>Experience integrating Epic Willow with modules such as EpicCare Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory, Orders, Beaker, and MyChart.<br /> </li><li>Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.<br /> </li> </ul> <p></p> <br />
