Job Title: Customer Sales Associate – International Voice & Chat (Freshers)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Graduate Freshers to join our International Voice & Chat process in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the BPO industry, where you will interact with international customers, resolve their queries, and provide a seamless customer experience through voice and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism. Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity metrics. Accurately document customer interactions in the system. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate freshers are eligible to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Candidates with prior BPO experience may also apply.

Work Schedule

5 days working 2 rotational weekly offs Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
