Residential Mental Health Therapist

As a Residential Mental Health Therapist, you provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-informed treatment for adults with complex psychiatric needs in a residential or similar high-acuity setting. You conduct urgent risk evaluations, develop and document treatment plans, lead individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary team. The role includes crisis stabilization, safety planning, de-escalation, and case management with community resources.
