WE’RE HIRING — INSIDE SALES / CONVERSION EXECUTIVES

We’re looking for 2 sharp, confident and smart individuals to join our team.

Your job is simple: turn abandoned carts into completed orders.

You’ll be calling customers who have added products to their cart but haven’t completed the purchase — understanding why they dropped off, answering their questions, building confidence and converting the conversation into a sale.

What we’re looking for:

* Fluent spoken English

* Sharp and quick-minded

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong common sense and problem-solving ability

* Confident on calls

* Persuasive without being pushy

* Comfortable handling objections

* Sales-oriented mindset

* Freshers with the right personality are welcome

Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, customer conversion or similar roles

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month + performance incentives

Location: Delhi — On-site
