Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle solutions.
• Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a showroom environment.
• Consulting-oriented approach to advising customers on product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and enthusiasm for the Jeep brand and automotive industry.
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak hours as required.
• Proficiency in local languages and English, and comfort using basic computer and CRM tools.
