Education Counsellor Experience : 1- 3 Years Location : Thane, Mumbai We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission / Academic Counselor to guide students toward the right IT, Cyber Security & skill-development courses and convert enquiries into successful admissions. No technical background required – full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp & online enquiries Counsel students & parents on courses, fees, duration & career benefits Convert leads into confirmed admissions Regular follow-ups & enquiry management Achieve monthly admission targets Coordinate with academic & operations teams Skills We’re Looking For Strong communication & convincing skills Confidence in handling students & parents Target-driven mindset Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Professional, polite & positive attitude.
