About the Opportunity A leading premium K-12 institution in Bengaluru is looking to appoint an experienced Principal – ICSE Curriculum to provide strategic and academic leadership for its ICSE school. Key Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership for the ICSE school and ensure alignment with the institution's mission and values. Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement across all grade levels. Recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate faculty while promoting continuous professional development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students. Build strong relationships with parents, students, faculty, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ICSE regulations and educational best practices. Oversee school operations in collaboration with functional teams including Admissions, HR, Finance, and Administration. Promote innovation, technology integration, and experiential learning. Represent the school at academic forums and strengthen its reputation within the education community. Desired Profile Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant discipline. B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred. Minimum 15–20 years of experience in K-12 education, with significant leadership experience in an ICSE school. Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Senior Academic Leader. Strong understanding of the ICSE curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and regulatory framework. Proven track record of improving academic standards and leading institutional growth. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills. High levels of integrity, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
