Program Coordinator - Innovation and Incubation

<p>ROLE PURPOSE &amp; OBJECTIVE: </p><ul><li>To program manage end-to-end incubation initiatives across emerging technologies, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation themes, ensuring structured execution, governance, and timely delivery. </li><li>To enable faster decision-making, tracking, and seamless transition of projects from incubation to business-as-usual (BAU) through strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management. </li><li>Program manage incubation efforts across emerging tech, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation projects </li><li>Define execution plans, timelines, and governance cadence for all incubation initiatives </li><li>Track and monitor project-level budgets and resource utilization </li><li>Ensure optimal allocation and utilization across pilots and implementation efforts </li><li>Coordinate with sponsor Business Units and SPOCs to drive creation, incubation, execution, measurement, and fine-tuning of projects </li><li>Ensure adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across projects · </li><li>Drive structured reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership · </li><li>Ensure documentation of KRAs/KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for all incubation initiatives · </li><li>Facilitate seamless handover of projects to owner departments for Run (BAU) phase within defined timelines (e.g., 6 months </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Educational : MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Operations, or Technology) </p><p><br /></p><p>Experience : 5–8 years in Program Management / PMO / Digital Transformation / Innovation initiatives </p>
