You will work closely with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade activities across installed solar assets. </p><p>Your role will be critical in maintaining operational stability, maximizing system availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support and service delivery. </p> <p></p> <p></p><p><b><b>How You’ll Make an Impact </b> </b> </p> <p></p><p></p><p><b> </b></p><li>Perform installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of solar power systems and associated equipment. </li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues, execute upgrades and retrofits, and ensure optimal system performance. </li><li>Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing technical support, training, and guidance on system operation. </li><li>Maintain service documentation, issue tracking, and maintenance records while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. </li> <p></p> <p></p><p><b><b>What You Bring </b> </b> </p> <p></p><p></p><p><b> </b></p><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field. </li><li>8+ years of experience in field service engineering with a focus on solar power systems and commercial or industrial-scale solar projects. </li><li>Strong expertise in solar system installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, test equipment, and system diagnostics. </li><li>Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. </li><li>Experience in customer relationship management, technical support, issue tracking, and quality assurance. </li><li>Experience with large-scale solar power installations and renewable energy projects. </li><li>Knowledge of industry safety standards, quality processes, and performance optimization practices. </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing environments. </li> <p></p>
