Job Title: Copy Supervisor

Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Copy Supervisor to lead content development and guide a team of copywriters. This role involves driving creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality content across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and positioning.
• Create and oversee high-quality content across formats (social, SEO, web, scripts, storyboards).
• Decode briefs and infuse strategic and creative insights.
• Lead ideation for campaigns, pitches, and content calendars.
• Review and refine content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Supervise production processes, including shoots and creative checks.
• Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Review and enhance presentations for client and internal meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact for creative escalations.
• Drive innovation through industry research and new content formats.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal processes.

Preferred Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in copywriting (digital agency preferred).
• Strong creative thinking and strategic storytelling skills.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience in team management and mentoring.
• Ability to write across diverse styles and tones with accuracy.
