As one of only Enterprise MCNs for You Tube in India, Infinitum crafts intellectual properties, amplifies brands, and drives global influence across digital platforms. </p> <p> Role Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Creator Operations to lead a high-impact creator acquisition and onboarding and delivery across platforms. This role is responsible for driving creator outreach strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and ensuring the successful execution of creator onboarding initiatives and delivery. </p> <p> The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with operational excellence, understands the creator ecosystem, and is capable of driving scalable processes while maintaining high standards of execution and reporting with great understanding of data and analytics. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> <p> Lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale creator acquisition, onboarding program and delivery across platforms. </p> <p> Develop and implement strategies to identify high-potential creators across the biggest digital platforms and social media. </p> <p> Oversee creator outreach, engagement and delivery activities, ensuring clear communication of program objectives, benefits, and onboarding requirements. </p> <p> Guide the team in managing creator interactions professionally, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. </p> <p> Establish, monitor, and optimize creator delivery pipelines to improve efficiency and conversion outcomes. </p> <p> Define workflows, follow-up processes, and operational standards to ensure consistency across the team. </p> <p> Track program performance through structured dashboards, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. </p> <p> Ensure accurate maintenance of creator databases, communication logs, onboarding status, and operational records. </p> <p> Lead, mentor, and develop a team of executives and interns by setting performance expectations, providing coaching, and driving continuous improvement. </p> <p> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, remove execution bottlenecks, and support program objectives. </p> <p> Monitor creator ecosystem trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend process improvements to enhance program scalability. </p> <p> Candidate Profile </p> <p>1+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer operations, talent management, digital marketing, business development, community growth, or related domains. </p> <p> Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. </p> <p> Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and social media landscape. </p> <p> Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. </p> <p> Strong proficiency in data analytics along with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience maintaining operational trackers, dashboards, and performance reports. </p> <p> Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. </p> <p> Immediate joiners based in Hyderabad will be preferred. </p> <p> Preferred Qualifications </p> <p> Experience working with creators, creator managers, talent agencies. </p> <p> Exposure to creator monetization, affiliate commerce, or creator enablement programs. </p> <p> Experience scaling creator acquisition initiatives or managing high-volume outreach and delivery operations. </p> <p> Proven experience mentoring teams, improving operational processes, and driving execution excellence. </p> <p> Languages </p> <p> Mandatory </p> <p> English </p> <p> With exceptional proficiency in  </p> <p> Hindi </p> <p> Tamil </p> <p> Kannada </p> <p> Malayalam </p>
