Role Description This is a full-time Recruitment Professional role based in Mumbai, offered in a hybrid work model. The Recruitment Professional will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client roles. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting recruitment strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
• Relevant experience in HR consulting, talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and use recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems effectively.
