We’re Hiring | Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Experience: 1+ year in SDR/BDR or a similar sales role

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Reach out to potential clients through email and other sales channels.
• Write personalized outreach messages that capture attention and drive responses.
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads and build relationships.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, business fit, and level of interest.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
• Track outreach activities, conversion rates, and sales KPIs.
• Test and optimize messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve prospect research, personalization, and outreach efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent email writing and sales copywriting abilities.
• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or similar sales tools.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools in sales workflows.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and resilience in handling rejection.
• GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
