BabyBillion is building a new parenting media brand.

We already reach millions of children through our kids‘ content. Now we want to build a strong relationship with the people making the decisions for them — parents .

We are looking for a Content Lead to build BabyBillion Parenting from 0→1: define the content thesis, create repeatable IPs, build the expert ecosystem and turn it into one of India‘s largest parenting platforms.

What you will own

• Define the content and editorial thesis for BabyBillion Parenting
• Identify what Indian parents genuinely care about and build content around it
• Develop repeatable content formats and IPs across YouTube, Instagram and other platforms
• Build relationships with child psychologists, pediatricians, educators and other experts
• Work with writers, producers and creators to turn ideas into high-retention content
• Build a strong parent community and feedback loop
• Shape the brand, tone and identity of BabyBillion Parenting

Who you are

• 4–8+ years in content, digital media, YouTube, Instagram, journalism, podcasting or creator ecosystems
• You have built content, formats or IPs , not just managed a content calendar
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
• Excellent communication and on-camera presence
• Deep curiosity about parenting, child psychology, education and child development
• Comfortable working with experts and turning complex ideas into simple, entertaining content
• You understand what makes content click, retain and get shared
• High ownership — you enjoy building from scratch with ambiguity

Existing parenting audience is a plus, not a requirement.

If your career has primarily been about executing someone else‘s content strategy, this is probably not your role.
