Senior lead backend engineer

Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Be an Architect for your module and scale the application.
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Make swift decisions in the way to build the product.
Articulate the approach to all the relevant team members.
Implementation of security and data protection.
Integration of data storage solutions.
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in the design and implementation of Microservices
. Strong hold in Algorithms, Solutioning, and Problem-solving
. Hands-on experience in coding languages like Python, Node.js/Golang, with Mongo DB as a no SQL database experience
. Good understanding of server-side templating and CSS pre-processors
. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
