We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Ather Energy dealership in Erode .

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years in automobile service

EV Experience: Preferred / Advantage

• Manage day-to-day service centre operations and workshop performance.
• Lead and supervise technicians and service support staff.
• Ensure efficient diagnosis, repair and delivery of vehicles.
• Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper adherence to EV safety and service procedures.
• Monitor warranty claims, spare parts and workshop productivity.
• Track service KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the OEM technical team for technical issues and escalations.
• Maintain high standards of workshop discipline, safety and cleanliness.

• 2+ years of experience in automobile service.
• Experience in EV service will be an added advantage .
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in managing a service/workshop team.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
