About: K2 Ventures Pty ltd is a founder-led, permanent-capital group headquartered in Singapore, building a multi-division portfolio of operating companies across advanced mobility & EV, aerospace & e VTOL, AI & software, and advanced engineering. Bengaluru is our global operating hub — home to the founding leadership team, the venture-build platform, and a cohort-based leadership academy. We are hiring the founding team that will design, launch, and scale this portfolio.
The role Build the platform that builds companies. You will stand up and run the shared operating backbone — people, process, systems, and services — that every venture in the group plugs into from day one.
What you will do
Stand up the venture-build platform: shared services across finance operations, people operations, legal operations, procurement, IT, and workplace Design the processes, SOPs, and tooling stack that every new company inherits at launch Run Bengaluru hub operations: office build-out, vendors, budgets, facilities, and compliance operations Define and track operating metrics and dashboards across the group Build the operations team and scale the platform as the portfolio grows from a handful of ventures to dozens Partner with finance and legal on entity setup, compliance calendars, and internal controlsWhat you have done
8–12 years leading business operations, shared services, or platform operations in a startup, venture studio, GCC, or multi-entity group Built an operations function or shared-services platform from scratch — not just inherited one Implemented core systems (ERP, HRIS, procurement, workflow tools) and the processes around them Managed vendor ecosystems and multi-crore operating budgetsGood to have: GCC setup experience; venture studio or incubator operations; process excellence training (Lean / Six Sigma).
