<p> Cluster Owner- Wet Line Production (Top Con Solar Cell Manufacturing) </p> <p> Department: Production / Operations </p> <p> Experience: 10–14 Years </p> <p> Job Summary </p> <p> Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Wet Line process in a TOPCon Solar Cell manufacturing plant, including Greenfield setup, process qualification, production ramp-up, and stable mass production. Ensure high yield, process stability, equipment uptime, and cost optimization. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification of Wet Line equipment. Manage Texturing, Cleaning, PSG Removal, and Edge Isolation processes. Optimize chemical consumption, yield, throughput, and process capability. Monitor KPIs including Yield, OEE, Efficiency, Uptime, and Cost per Wafer. Troubleshoot process issues using SPC, RCA, DOE, and Six Sigma. Ensure EHS compliance for chemical handling and waste management. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Process Engineering teams. <p> Key Skills </p> Expertise in Wet Chemical Processing, Texturing, Cleaning, PSG Removal, and Edge Isolation. Experience in Greenfield projects and high-volume solar cell manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
