Join our Engineering team and lead the successful execution of complex aerospace programs involving <strong> Landing Gear, Hydraulics, Actuation, Fuel Systems, and Environmental Control Systems (ECS)</strong> . </p><p> This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace and defense projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams while driving projects from concept through certification and delivery. </p><p></p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p> As the <strong> Project Manager – Airframe Systems </strong> , you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. </p><p> Your responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li> Lead end-to-end project execution for Airframe Systems development programs. </li><li> Define project scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. </li><li> Develop and maintain detailed project plans using <strong> MS Project </strong> or <strong> Primavera </strong> . </li><li> Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). </li><li> Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, risks, and resource utilization. </li><li> Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and change management activities. </li><li> Manage supplier engagements including RFIs, RFPs, contracts, and performance tracking. </li><li> Support technical design reviews, verification activities, testing campaigns, and production readiness. </li><li> Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations including FAA, EASA, and applicable defense standards. </li><li> Present project status, key risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and customers. </li><li> Manage customer expectations while ensuring contractual commitments are achieved. </li><li> Apply industry-standard project management methodologies including PMI, Agile, and Earned Value Management (EVM). </li><li> Promote continuous improvement across project execution, governance, and reporting. </li><li> Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong> Required Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Aerospace engineering (or) Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. </li><li> Master's Degree is an advantage. </li><li><strong>8–19 years </strong> of Project Management experience within Aerospace or Defense. </li><li> Proven experience managing <strong> Airframe Systems </strong> development projects. </li></ul><p> Strong understanding of: </p><p> Landing Gear Systems </p><p> Hydraulic Systems </p><p> Actuation Systems </p><p> Fuel Systems </p><p> Environmental Control Systems (ECS)</p><ul><li> Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering programs from development through delivery. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong> Preferred Skills </strong></p><ul><li> Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. </li><li> Hands-on experience with: MS Project, Primavera, SAP or equivalent ERP systems. </li><li> Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies. </li><li> Knowledge of aerospace certification processes (FAA/EASA). </li><li> Familiarity with defense standards and military programs. </li><li> Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. </li><li> PMP Certification (preferred). </li></ul>
