Salary: $156,000 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Azure infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise production environments, including multi-environment architectures and resource governance.
• At least 3 years of experience writing and maintaining Terraform configurations for Azure, including remote state in Azure Storage, workspaces, state locking, reusable modules, and CI/CD integration; demonstrated production experience is required.
• Strong practical experience with Azure Monitor and observability, including Log Analytics Workspaces, KQL, diagnostic settings, Data Collection Rules, Azure Monitor Agent, alert rules, Action Groups, and Workbooks.
• Demonstrated experience integrating a monitoring or alerting platform with an enterprise ITSM system through REST APIs, such as Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, ServiceNow, or an equivalent platform; experience mapping alert data to ticket fields and implementing auto-resolution is required.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python, REST API authentication and webhook handling, and experience with Azure Logic Apps or Functions, Key Vault, and JSON schema design.
• Working knowledge of Azure Storage for log archival, retention policies, data export, Event Hubs, and Log Analytics retention and pricing.
• Proficiency with Azure resources and services including resource groups, virtual networks, NSGs, private endpoints, storage accounts, Key Vault, and Entra ID RBAC.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or an equivalent Azure monitoring credential.

• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform, applying infrastructure-as-code practices, remote state, workspaces, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain Azure environments across pre-production and production, including networking, storage, platform services, resource groups, subscriptions, and RBAC assignments.
• Work with infrastructure operations and integration teams on VNet peering, private endpoints, and secure service connectivity.
• Design and operate an Azure Monitor observability platform for infrastructure health, performance, availability, and security.
• Manage Log Analytics Workspaces, data collection rules, diagnostic settings, telemetry ingestion, alert rules, Action Groups, Workbooks, and dashboards; tune thresholds to reduce alert noise.
• Integrate Azure Monitor with Application Insights where appropriate and develop reusable KQL queries for investigations and SLA reporting.
• Build and maintain automated alert-to-incident integrations with ITSM REST APIs, including Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, using Logic Apps, Functions, or webhook pipelines.
• Enrich and map alerts to ITSM ticket fields, configure escalation and auto-resolution workflows, and manage API credentials securely through Key Vault.
• Document integration endpoints, schemas, and pipeline configurations.
• Manage monitoring data storage, including log archival, retention policies, data export to storage tiers, and Event Hubs where needed.
• Create and maintain PowerShell or Python automation and Terraform modules for monitoring resources, and contribute to CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
