Job Description

We are seeking experienced High Radius professionals with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2 C) transformation, Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end High Radius implementations, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and production support.

Gather and analyze business requirements for O2 C processes. Configure and implement High Radius solutions based on client requirements. Design and support Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and Dispute Management processes. Work on ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, People Soft, or similar platforms. Conduct SIT, UAT, testing, defect tracking, and resolution activities. Support go-live, Hypercare, and post-production activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams. Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and training materials. Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in High Radius implementation projects. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2 C) processes. Experience in Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, or Dispute Management modules. Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, People Soft, etc.). Experience with UAT, SIT, Hypercare, and Production Support. Knowledge of SQL and data validation is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
