Additional information about the college, its programs, and culture is available at or via and the listed contact numbers. </p><p><strong>Role Description </strong> In this full-time, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam, the Head of Department (CSE) and faculty members (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor in CSE/AI&amp;DS/Cyber Security) will be responsible for designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in their respective domains. Daily responsibilities include preparing and conducting lectures, practical sessions, and assessments; mentoring and advising students; and maintaining accurate academic records. Faculty members are expected to engage in curriculum development, contribute to academic planning, and participate in departmental and institutional committees. The role also involves pursuing research and publications, guiding student projects, collaborating with industry and academia, and supporting accreditation, quality assurance, and outreach activities. </p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong subject-matter expertise in Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence &amp; Data Science, or Cyber Security, with the ability to teach core and specialized courses. </li><li>Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies, including outcome-based education, use of digital tools, and effective classroom and laboratory management. </li><li>Demonstrated research aptitude, including the ability to supervise projects, publish in reputed journals and conferences, and collaborate on funded research or consultancy work. </li><li>Solid academic and administrative skills for roles such as Head of Department, including curriculum planning, faculty coordination, and contribution to accreditation and quality initiatives. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to mentoring students, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. </li><li>Relevant academic qualifications as per regulatory norms (e.g., B.E./B.Tech in CSE or related discipline with M.E./M.Tech &amp; Ph.D. preferred), and prior teaching experience appropriate to the position level (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor). </li> </ul>
