Position: Polymer Scientist / R&D Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize polymer formulations for:
• Paints & coatings
• Textile binders & auxiliaries
• Construction chemicals
• Conduct lab trials, testing & performance evaluation
• Work on product development & cost optimization
• Collaborate with production & QA teams
• Handle FTIR, DSC, TGA and other analytical testing

Requirements:

• M.Sc. / B.Tech in Polymer Science / Polymer Chemistry
• 2–4 years experience in formulation (must)
• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry & raw materials
• Hands-on lab & testing experience

Preferred:

• Experience in textile / coating / construction chemical industry
