Regional Sales Manager (Neurovascular & Endovascular Devices)

Job Role: Regional Sales Manager (Neurovascular & Endovascular Devices) Experience: 3 Years Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in Medical Device Sales to drive business growth for advanced Neurovascular and Endovascular medical devices across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Cath Labs, Operating Rooms (OR), Interventional Radiology (IR), and Neurovascular specialists , along with a strong track record in territory development, customer relationship management, physician engagement, and business expansion. Required Skills 3 years of Medical Device Sales experience. Strong experience in Neurovascular, Endovascular, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, or Vascular Surgery products. Proven experience in hospital sales and territory management. Strong understanding of Cath Lab, Operating Room (OR), and Interventional Radiology workflows. Experience conducting product demonstrations and physician training. Excellent business development and customer relationship management skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities. Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related discipline. Experience with leading Medical Device or MedTech companies. Working exposure to government tenders and institutional sales. PAN India sales exposure or National Territory management experience will be Plus. Existing network with Neurovascular, Endovascular, Cardiology, or Interventional Radiology specialists is highly preferred.
