This is a strategic demand generation leadership role focused on accelerating pipeline growth through multi-channel digital marketing. You will lead a team responsible for email marketing, webinars, digital events, content syndication, and emerging acquisition channels. The role combines hands-on channel expertise with strategic planning, performance optimization, and people leadership. You will partner closely with regional marketing teams to localize and scale programs across different markets. Success will depend on your ability to turn campaign and CRM data into actionable insights that improve ROI and lead quality. You will also manage external agencies, vendors, platforms, and marketing budgets while identifying new growth opportunities. - Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation channels to increase qualified traffic, MQLs, opportunities, and overall pipeline growth.
- Manage and develop a team overseeing email marketing, webinars, digital events, content syndication, and related digital programs.
- Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs aligned with global business objectives and regional marketing priorities.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to successfully execute, adapt, and localize digital campaigns for different markets and audiences.
- Evaluate, select, negotiate with, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, platforms, and digital service providers to expand reach and improve lead quality.
- Own marketing budgets, forecasting, performance reporting, and ROI optimization across global and regional initiatives.
- Analyze channel performance, vendor reports, dashboards, and CRM data to identify trends, improve campaign effectiveness, and guide investment decisions.
- Test emerging acquisition opportunities, including paid search, paid social, display, and other digital channels, to diversify lead sources.
- Collaborate with Web and Campaigns teams to create consistent user journeys, messaging, landing pages, emails, digital advertisements, and other promotional assets.
- Review and approve demand generation content, including webinar abstracts, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising copy.
- Monitor full-funnel digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and new acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive demand generation engine.
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding team development, hiring, performance, promotions, and other people-management decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Significant experience in B2B marketing within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams, particularly within email marketing, webinar, or digital event functions.
- Strong track record managing multi-channel digital marketing programs and external agencies, vendors, and technology platforms.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and reporting on program performance and business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Expert-level understanding of end-to-end digital marketing strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate performance data into practical improvements.
- Significant experience negotiating with and managing digital vendors and platform providers.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline development, audience engagement, and full-funnel marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Base salary of $130,000–$140,000, depending on skills, experience, and alignment with the role.
