You're their go-to person. Turn marketing numbers into plain English — leads, clicks, conversions, ROI. No jargon walls allowed. Handle churn risks and sticky situations with calm, confidence, and a solution mindset. Collaborate with CS, Ad Ops, and Analytics teams — because great outcomes are a team sport. Build lasting relationships where clients actually look forward to your calls. You'll fit right in if you Speak English with confidence and clarity — especially on voice calls with US business owners. Bring 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or voice-based international roles. Are totally comfortable working US EST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). Night owls, this one's for you.
