Salary: $42,000 - 42,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong technology skills and comfort troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printers, and connected devices
• Able to handle IT-level tasks and explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Dependable, friendly, organized, and naturally focused on supporting others
• Quick to learn new technologies, work independently, and take ownership of resolving problems
• Willing to travel locally for client installations and service calls, provide occasional after-hours support, and offer some weekend flexibility when needed

• Onboard clients and guide them through implementation
• Configure and deploy point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software
• Build menus, configure systems, and enter data
• Provide technical and customer support by phone and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, printers, and connected devices
• Train clients and their employees to use new systems
• Travel occasionally to client locations for installations and service
• Keep client and system information accurate and up to date
• Identify and resolve issues before they grow into larger problems

Based in Destin, Florida, this hybrid role is primarily performed from home, with local field support and in-person client visits as needed.
