<p> We're Hiring: Head of Events. </p> <p> Next Level Experiences is looking for a Head of Events to own our overall event operations and execution. This is a senior leadership role - you'll ensure Next Level delivers high-quality events across the industry, while leading a cross-functional team spanning event management, production and operations. </p> <p> About us: Founded in 2012 in Bangalore and executed over 1500 events across the world. We deliver award-winning high impact brand, corporate, and private events with creative vision and flawless execution. </p> <p> What you'll do: Lead, mentor &amp; manage a cross-functional team leads across event management, production and operations Drive high-value client relationships and represent Next Level at a leadership level with key accounts Oversee the full portfolio of projects, ensuring consistent quality, timelines &amp; profitability Build and scale internal processes, systems, and reporting across teams Represent Next Level in the broader industry - trends, network, positioning </p><p> What you need: 15+ years in event management, with significant experience in a senior leadership or business-head role Proven track record owning P&amp; L and driving business growth Strong experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams Excellent client relationship management at a senior/strategic level Sharp business acumen combined with hands-on understanding of event execution Excellent communication, negotiation &amp; stakeholder management skills Ability to operate at both strategic and ground level when needed </p> <p></p>
