<p><b>Job Title</b>: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Client Servicing</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Location:</b> Mandi House, Delhi</p><p><br /></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced client servicing professional with <b>10-15 years</b> in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive client relationships, communication strategy, creative thinking, social media, content, and integrated campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage Government and PSU client accounts.</li><li>Develop integrated communication and social media strategies.</li><li>Translate client briefs into effective creative and communication solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with creative, content, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.</li><li>Lead campaign planning, client presentations, and pitch proposals.</li><li>Build long-term client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.</li><li>Mentor teams and ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.</li><li>Represent the agency in client meetings and senior stakeholder discussions.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>10-15 years of experience in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies.</li><li>Proven experience managing <b>Government Ministries, PSUs or public sector communication accounts</b>.</li><li>Strong understanding of client servicing, branding, content, creative strategy, digital, and social media.</li><li>Experience in developing communication strategies, pitch presentations, and integrated campaigns.</li><li>Ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and handle multiple high-value accounts.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client briefs into impactful communication solutions.</li></ul><p><br /></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?xrKrwLVX1fLmtXT6EowLvuIJPFPxNE3%2bd" width="0" height="0" />
