Now Hiring: Trainer – Mission Readiness | Autonomous Vehicles Miami, FL | On-site $33/hour Contract | Full-time Travel: Up to 25%

Have experience in autonomous vehicle operations and a knack for training others? We're looking for a Trainer – Mission Readiness to help prepare operators, reinforce safe and consistent operating procedures, and maintain performance standards within an autonomous mobility operation.
What you'll do:Deliver classroom and hands-on training for new and experienced AV operators.Demonstrate operating procedures and provide coaching and constructive feedback.Conduct practical and simulated assessments, grade performance, and document results.Audit operator performance and address training deficiencies.Review and update training materials to reflect current standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with training supervisors, mentors, project managers, and operations teams.Complete at least 8 hours per month performing Service or Service Associate duties to maintain operational proficiency.
What we're looking for:1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry — required.Knowledge of AV Mission Readiness procedures and operational responsibilities.Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or evaluating operators.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screen.Flexibility to work an assigned weekday shift and travel to other locations up to 25% of the time.Ability to wear safety boots meeting ASTM F2412/F2413 requirements.
Google Workspace experience and classroom facilitation or on-the-job training experience are a plus.
