We are hiring on behalf of our well-established client, a leading company in Process Equipment and EPC Projects.

Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Chemical / Mechanical / Biotech / Instrumentation

Role

Responsible for business development, customer engagement and sales of process equipment, skids and turnkey EPC solutions for API, Biotech, Specialty Chemical and Nutraceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Process, Engineering and Proposal teams for technical-commercial solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.
• Develop sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order closure.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets .

Preferred Exposure

Experience in process equipment, skids, turnkey projects, process plants, distillation, solvent recovery, biotech/API or chemical industries will be preferred.
