Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Business Development

Execute brand promotion and customer acquisition campaigns. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Marketing

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Represent client brands professionally in promotional activities. Gather customer feedback and provide insights for campaign improvement. Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer interactions.

Client Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 5-10 members. Train new team members on sales processes, communication skills, and company standards. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Ensure timely achievement of team goals and performance objectives. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or postgraduate from any discipline. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Leadership potential and team management capabilities. Language: Hindi / English and any other state Languages
