A degree in Business or Marketing is often preferred.<br /> Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.<br /> Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.<br /> Language Skills: Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Hindi) is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.<br /> Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce or Zoho) to manage leads. </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities<br /> </b>Outbound Calling: Proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce helmet products and generate sales.<br /> Lead Conversion: Converting inquiries into sales by explaining product features, safety standards, and benefits.<br /> Database Management: Updating the CRM with customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.<br /> Objection Handling: Confidently addressing customer doubts regarding price, quality, or fit. </p>
