We’re hiring: D2C Growth Generalist – Product Launches

I’m looking for generalist killers.

People who learn ridiculously fast, figure things out themselves, and want an insane amount of responsibility early in their careers.

You do NOT need D2C experience. We’ll train you.

What I care about is whether you can think, execute, learn and take ownership.

You’ll eventually own products from idea → launch → scale.

That means learning how to:

• Research products and markets

• Analyse competitors and customer psychology

• Figure out positioning, angles and offers

• Build and optimise product pages

• Write copy that sells

• Work with creative strategists and editors to produce ads

• Understand Meta Ads and performance data

• Launch products and analyse what happens

• Identify what’s broken and fix it

• Double down when something starts working

• Use AI heavily to research, create and execute faster

Basically:

Find opportunity → Build → Launch → Learn → Fix → Scale → Repeat.

• You’re extremely resourceful

• You learn new things unusually fast

• You have high agency — if you don’t know something, you figure it out

• You’re analytical AND creative

• You’re very comfortable with technology and AI

• You can operate without someone giving you instructions every 30 minutes

• You obsess over getting the outcome, not just completing the task

• You enjoy moving fast and having multiple things happening at once

• You want responsibility, not a comfortable job description

I don't care if your degree perfectly matches the role.

I don't care if you've never launched a D2C product before.

I can teach you D2C.

It’s much harder to teach someone to be curious, hungry, resourceful and relentless.

Initially, you'll work closely with us and learn our entire product-launching system.

As you get good, you'll start owning your own launches and eventually operate inside your own pod with Creative Strategists + AI Editors supporting you.

Your job becomes simple:

Make products win.

And you'll have the resources and autonomy to figure out how.

This is a role for someone who wants to compress 5 years of learning into 1.

If you're looking for a narrowly defined job where you do the same thing every day, this probably isn't it.

If you're the person who somehow ends up figuring shit out when nobody else knows how — I want to meet you.
