Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, physical verification, impairments, revaluations, CWIP capitalization, and reconciliations.
• Review capital expenditure, maintain the fixed asset register, and ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end O2C cycle, including advance billing, cash application, revenue recognition under IFRS 15, refunds, credit notes, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors, strengthen internal controls and SOPs, drive ERP/process improvement initiatives, and supervise and mentor junior team members.

Job Specifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized University, or have passed at least 04 papers of the Certified Finance and Accounting Professional (CFAP) stage of ICAP’s CA qualification with mandatory training completion.
• 4-6 years of relevant work exposure and hands‑on experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Skills Required

Detail-oriented candidate with excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
