Night Shift Role

Position Overview

This position reports to the India-based local manager and works closely with the Global sales team. This role is responsible for a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions associated with a specific set of accounts.

Primary Skills: Salesforce, Customer Oriented, Task oriented

Secondary Skills: Communication Skills

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ Years of previous experience in a Sales Support role
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and its suite of products, especially Excel
• Organized and task-oriented
• High attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to retain accuracy while working quickly
• Previous work experience in a large corporate office environment
• Professional and courteous attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
• 3-year degree

Responsibilities

• Create and submit accurate quotes to Sales teams 60-90 days before they are due
• Use Salesforce.com reporting to identify all renewals, products and pricing
• Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
• Use Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions to categorize opportunities accordingly
• Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales teams.
