Hiring: Cost Controller | Bengaluru | Hybrid

We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.

Required Experience & Qualifications

CA Qualified / CA Inter Qualified 5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accounts Required experience working in a service-based company Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P& L and Cost Optimization Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets Good understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholders Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecasts Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBs Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives Support incentive provisioning and special project cost tracking Ensure accurate cost booking and reporting Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making
