Location: Coimbatore (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Lead Management Handle leads from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Housing.com, 99acres, website, and WhatsApp. Update and maintain lead details in CRM/Lead Sheets. Customer Follow-up Call new enquiries immediately. Perform daily follow-ups with existing leads. Update call status and customer remarks after every interaction. Site Visit Coordination Convince customers to schedule a site visit. Coordinate with the Sales Executive for site visit appointments. Arrange cab facilities for customers when required.
