1. JOB PURPOSE To oversee the instrumentation and electrical maintenance functions of the plant, ensuring maximum uptime of production machinery, adherence to safety standards, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency. The role requires hands-on supervision of line operations, shift management, and strict compliance with quality and safety systems. The incumbent will play a key role in minimizing breakdowns, optimizing equipment performance, and driving a culture of preventive maintenance and operational excellence. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A.
