The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in <b>wiring harness and press component manufacturing </b>, production planning, process improvement, and team management. </p><p><b>Job Details </b> </p><ul><li><b>Position: </b> Manager – Production </li><li><b>Industry: </b> Automobile Parts Manufacturing </li><li><b>Location: </b> Poonamallee, Chennai </li><li><b>Experience: </b> 10+ years </li><li><b>Qualification: </b> Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering </li><li><b>CTC: </b> ₹7 LPA </li><li><b>Reporting To: </b> GM – Operations </li><li><b>Travel: </b> Other company branches, as required </li> </ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p><ul><li>Lead and manage assembly line and production operations. </li><li>Ensure daily production targets for wiring harness and press components are achieved. </li><li>Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous process improvements. </li><li>Manage production manpower and lead shop-floor teams. </li><li>Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time customer deliveries. </li><li>Maintain plant readiness for customer and quality audits. </li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. </li> </ul><p><b>Key Skills </b> </p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Wiring Harness Manufacturing. </li><li>Experience in Production Management and Assembly Line Operations. </li><li>Expertise in Line Balancing and Process Optimization. </li><li>Understanding of Automation &amp; Manual Production Processes. </li><li>Working knowledge of IATF standards. </li><li>Excellent Team Leadership, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills. </li> </ul><p><b>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) </b> </p><ul><li>Achieve production targets within planned manufacturing cost. </li><li>Ensure 100% adherence to delivery schedules. </li><li>Maintain First Time Right (FTR) quality standards. </li><li>Control rejection and rework within acceptable limits. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br />Interested Candidates share your resume to the mentioned mail id ( / </p><p><br /></p>)
