Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our US Taxation team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for driving new business through outbound calls and managing the initial document collection process. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Conduct cold calls and targeted outreach to generate new leads for our US tax services. ​Communicate effectively with clients to explain our services and answer initial inquiries. ​Securely collect, track, and organize essential tax documents from clients for our internal tax team. ​Requirements: ​Proven experience in sales and cold calling, specifically within the banking sector. ​Excellent verbal communication and client relationship skills. ​Prior knowledge or experience with US Taxation is highly preferred.
