Operations MIS - Data Analyst

Job Description<br /><br /><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong> </p><p>An analytical and detail-oriented Operations MIS (Management Information Systems) Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data. You will play a crucial role in creating dashboards, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to leadership to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </p><p><strong>·         </strong>Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards. </p><p>·         Extract, transform, and analyze data from various operational systems and databases. </p><p>·         Track and analyze key operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for process optimization. </p><p>·         Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and reporting systems. </p><p>·         Automate recurring reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, VBA/Macros, or basic scripting to improve efficiency. </p><p>·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance) to understand data needs and resolve data-related issues. </p><p>·         Prepare business presentations and executive summaries highlighting operational performance. </p><p>·         Assist in the implementation and testing of new operational software or database upgrades. </p><p><strong>Technical Expertise: </strong> </p><ul><li><p><strong>Advance Microsoft Excel,Macros,Power BI, Looker Studio </strong><br />  </p> </li><li><p><strong>Data Analysis , </strong> </p> </li> </ul><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong> </p><ul><li><p> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. </p> </li><li><p>   3-4 years of proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Operations Reporting role. </p> </li><li><p> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and Macros/VBA). </p> </li><li><p>·         Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. </p> </li><li><p>·         Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction is highly preferred. </p> </li><li><p>·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. </p> </li><li><p>·         Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. </p> </li><li><p>·         Excellent communication and presentation skills. </p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Project Management Skills  </p> </li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and team management skills. </p> </li><li><p>Clear under standing of A3, CAPEX &amp; OPEX  </p> </li> </ul><br /><br />Additional Information<br /><br /><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion,<br />sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other<br />protected status.
