About The Role:

• Managing and litigating personal injury and workers' compensation cases from start to finish.
• Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for court appearances.
• Negotiating settlements and collaborating with medical experts and insurance adjusters.
• Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and admission to practice law
• Minimum 1-3 years PQE in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
