Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as performing property cleanups, planting, weeding, edging, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct tree care duties, including pruning, tree trimming, and removal as needed.
• Extend downspouts and bury drainage systems.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment daily.
• Engage in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs.

Required Skills:

• Experience in landscape installation
• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Ability to perform quality control inspections
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Basic carpentry skills
• Laying Sod
• Transplanting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with concrete work
• Knowledge of horticulture and gardening
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $36,000.00

Maximum Salary: $48,000.00

Benefits: 401(k) and Paid Time Off
