Job Description Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project specifications. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permits. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. Conduct site inspections to verify quality and adherence to project plans. Provide technical support and problem-solving during all project phases. Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with company objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Engineer should have: Experience managing commercial interior construction projects. Experience with writing RFIs, submittals, supporting project team, and managing junior engineers under her. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000. 401K matching to support your retirement planning.
