As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for a passionate, target-driven, and consultative AI Education & Career Consultant to help prospective learners make informed career decisions and enroll in our AI programs.

What You'll Do;

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathways
• Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative selling
• Manage the complete admission lifecycle—from lead qualification and counseling to application Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversions
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience
• Stay updated on AI industry trends, program offerings, and competitor landscape to effectively position Saras AI Institute

What We're Looking For;

• 4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consulting
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targets
• Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AI
