Human Resources Generalist -- Industrial Manufacturer (36277)

An industrial manufacturing company near the West Chester Twp., OH area is looking for an HR Generalist. You will handle daily HR functions (maintain company policies, interviewing & hiring, benefits, administer pay, etc.) The ideal candidate will have previous experience with HR practices & procedures. Experience within a manufacturing environment is a big plus.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related is preferredPrevious HR experience (manufacturing environment is a plus)Experience with handling confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skillsSHRM-CP is a plusAbility to work within a multi-cultural environmentAbe to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 15lbs
