About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and engaging Anchor / Video Presenter / Podcast Host to become the face and voice of Fynro’s digital content.

In this role, you will present financial education videos, host podcasts and interviews, participate in webinars and campaigns, and create engaging content across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Fynro app .

The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of the camera, has a natural ability to connect with audiences, and can simplify complex financial concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Anchor and host financial education videos, podcasts, webinars, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
• Present scripts and financial concepts in a clear, engaging, and audience-friendly manner.
• Conduct interviews with founders, financial experts, industry leaders, and other guest speakers.
• Collaborate with the Content, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop engaging digital content.
• Represent Fynro at events, product launches, customer interactions, and media engagements, as required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content formats, series, and digital campaigns.
• Create and present short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn , and other digital platforms.
• Build meaningful audience engagement through authentic, credible, and professional communication.
• Stay updated on financial markets, personal finance, investing, and emerging digital content trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong on-camera presence, confidence, and the ability to engage an audience naturally.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Tamil and/or Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong interviewing, storytelling, and conversational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial topics into relatable and engaging content.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn about financial markets, investments, and personal finance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Business , or a related discipline.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with exceptional communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in anchoring, presenting, broadcasting, podcasting, digital media, content creation, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a presentation/video portfolio are welcome to apply.
